"My mother has received care from the same care management team for more than 7 years. Due to the growth in services, Knightsbridge Care was developed to provide bespoke care packages, for clients needing that ‘something extra’. Therefore, we happily transferred the care package, safe in the knowledge that the same staff would be involved, providing care to a very high standard. My mother has complex needs, but Knightsbridge Care have maintained the same care staff, providing both day and live in care. Care staff prepare her meals, accompany her out for social inclusion, participate in activities she enjoys and has maintained the lifestyle she prefers as much as her health allows. The care staff are ready to adapt to any change in her care needs all managed by the experienced senior care team. The care team and their managers have been able to cope seamlessly with all of the complications that have arisen over the last 7 years, not least the complexity that Covid 19 sheltering and lockdown have introduced. I completely trust this team to look after my mother and give her the best, most attentive and caring care possible."
